Instructions for Moderators

First of all many thanks for your commitment to moderate a session during EBA2025.

The full programme of your session is available here.

Your contribution as moderator is important to ensure a smooth session with a lively discussion. Part of your task as moderator will be:

  • Introduction of the speakers
  • Coordinate the Q&A after each lecture.
  • To ensure the session is on track

We kindly ask you to arrive at the assigned meeting room 15 minutes before the start of the session to meet your co-moderator and speakers. Speakers should take place in the front row seats to allow smooth transition from one talk to another.
Speakers have uploaded their presentation in advance via the Speaker Slide Management System at the venue.  All sessions will be assisted by AV technicians, in the back of the meeting room.
More practical information you’ll receive at the latest, one week before the start of EBA2025.
